كنا في الفتاوى التي أصدرتها التقدمية نرد على فتاوى باطلة أصدرها من عملت لهم الفضائيات البترولية هالة علمية وشهرة واسعة الانتشار دون أن يكون لهم في الحقيقة أي فهم لمقاصد الشرع سوى كونهم خدما أمناء لسلاطين وحكام الخليج الذين تغلب عليهم الأمية فالواحد منهم بالكاد يقرأ نصا صحيحا الى درجة انهم ينصبون الفاعل ويجرون اتلمفعول به ثم تنبري الأقلام المأجورة لتسبح بحمدهم وتثني على مقالاتهم وتحلل أبعادها الاستراتيجية وليكتمل المشهد تأتي جوقة مفتيي السلطان لتضيف هالة قدسية ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان وفي مخالفة واضحة ومكشوفة لما علم من الدين بالضرورة وتأتي فتاواهم لتصب في مصلحة هؤلاء الخكام المتخلفين جدا عن ركب العصر الى درجة أنهم أصبحوا الأن يقودون حملة دمار شامل للأمة العربية حفاظا على كراسيهم التي بدأت تترنح بفعل الثورة الشعبية التي اندلعت قبل اكثر من عام وهي ماضية باذن الله في طريقها حتى تطيح بهم جميعا ودون استثناء وذلك أن الانسان العربي قد سئم الزيف والنفاق ويتطلع الى حياة حرة وكريمة كما تضمنها ديننا الحنيف .وبناء عليه فان الفتوى التي نقدمها اليوم ليست ردا على أحد من مفتيي السلطان لأنهم في الحقيقة فقدوا كل شرعية لهم وأصبحوا في عداد أزلام الأنظمة الفاسدة التي تستهدفها الجماهير العربية في ثورتها وبناء عليه نصدر فتوى ابتداء هي في الحقيقة اجابة على بعض التساؤلات التي وردتني من كثير من الأصدقاء حول التأصيل الشرعي للثورات وخاصة ضد حكام الخليج فما الموقف الشرعي منهم وكيف تتصرف الجماهير معهم

فنقول معتمدين على الله

1 انهم جميعا وبدون استثناء حكام لا يعتمدون الشورى التي وصف الله بها المؤمنين في قوله تعالى ( والذين استجابوا لربهم وأقاموا الصلاة وأمرهم شورى بينهم ومما رزقناهم ينفقون ) 38 الشورى

كما أمر الله بها رسوله الكريم في قوله تعالى (فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِنْ اللَّهِ لِنْتَ لَهُمْ وَلَوْ كُنْتَ فَظّاً غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لانْفَضُّوا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الأَمْرِ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِين

[آل عمران:159]

وخالفوا ما سار عليه الخلفاء الراشدون في اعتماد هذا المبدا واتجاههم الى توريث الحكم خلافا لمبدا الشورى الذي أقره الاسلام

ثبت بالأدلة التي ترقى الى اليقين اسرافهم أموال الامة التي اغتصبوهادون وجه حق وأسرفوها في ملذاتهم الفاجرة دون حياء خلافا لقوله تعالى في كتابه؛: {وَأَصْحَابُ الشِّمَالِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الشِّمَالِ * فِي سَمُومٍ وَحَمِيمٍ * وَظِلٍّ مِنْ يَحْمُومٍ * لا بَارِدٍ وَلا كَرِيمٍ * إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ مُتْرَفِينَ}.

قال تعالى: {وَلا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ}، وقال جل ذكره: {وَلا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيراً * إِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوا إِخْوَانَ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهِ كَفُورا}، وقال سبحانه: {وَلا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَى عُنُقِكَ وَلا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُوماً مَحْسُورا.

علما وان المال هو في الأصل ملك لله تعالى والانسان مستخلف فيه عن الله تعالى كما في قوله تعالى : (آمنوا بالله ورسوله وأنفقوا مما جعلكم مستخلفين فيه فالذين آمنوا منكم وأنفقوا لهم أجر كبير وما لكم لا تؤمنون بالله والرسول يدعوكم لتؤمنوا بربكم وقد أخذ ميثاقكم إن كنتم مؤمنين هوالذي ينزل على عبده آيات بينات ليخرجكم من الظلمات إلى النور وإن الله بكم لرءوف رحيم ) الحديد ويجب أن ينفقه وفق ارادة صاحبه الحقيقي وللننظر الى فخامة قصورهم اليوم وملكياتهم في شتى أنحاء العالم واستثماراتهم في مختلف أصقاع العالم ولم يقدموا لأمتهم العربية سوى الفتات مما رزقهم الله به من وفرة المال الى حد أنهم ينفقون بلايين الدولارات في شراء خردة من السلاح لا يستعمل ضد أعداء الأمة كالكيان الصهيوني بقدر ما استعمل ضد الامة كما هو الشأن في العراق وليبيا والآن في سوريا

2 بالنسبة للاعلام خالفوا أمر الله تعالى بتخصيصهم أموالا رهيبة في تسويق أنفسهم عن طريق مئات القنوات الفضائية العملاقة كالجزيرة والعربية اضافة الى قنوات اللهو والفجور كسلسلة روتانا او قنوات دينية متخلفة تسوق لمنظور ديني متخلف بعيد كل البعد عن قيم الاسلام الثورية بحيث تسوق التداوي ببول البعير ومفاخذة الرضيعة والزواج من الصغيرة ومنع المرأة من العمل ورضاع الكبير الى غير ذلك من المنكرات التي تقررها هذه القنوات كشرع من الله والاسلام براء منه فيما نعلم علما وأن هذه الوسائل لا تتأسى بما كان يصدر عن عمر بن الخطاب من خشية أن ينزلق جمل في مرتفعات الشام فيحاسبه الله لم لم تعبد له طريقا ولكنهم يخالفون شرع الله بتقديم تسطيح للدين من خلال هذه المواقع المشبوهة علما وأن الله تعالى يقول (إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُوْلَئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولًا))[الإسراء:36

3 المتاجرة بالقضية الفلسطينية الى حد التأمر عليها والضغط على الفلسطينيين للقبول بالتواجد الصهيوني واعتبار حماس في وقت من الأوقات حركة مارقة ومعاقبتها بالحصار وكل هذا معلوم اضافة الى تطبيعهم مع الكيان الصهيوني الى حد بناء المستوطنات لهم وتبادل الزيارات معهم وهذا يتنافى مع قوله تعالى

4هرولتهم الى التآمر المفضوح ضد الأمة العربية والاسلامية من خلال تعاونهم مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في محاربة الاسلام تحت مسمى منافق هو محاربة الارهاب في الوقت الذي تمارس فيه الولايات المتحدة أكبر ارهاب دولي في التاريخ وقد قتلت من خلال حروبها في العالم منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية أكثر من

عشرة مليون انسان اضافة الى ما سببته من كزارث اقتصادية واجتماعية وما مارسته من العمل على انهيار اخلاقي بتدجين ثقافات الشعوب وزعزعة قيمها وعاداتها وتقاليدها ومن تشكيك في ثوابتها العقدية والأخلاقية

وبناء عليه نقرر أن الثورة على هؤلاء الحكام ليست مباحة فقط بل واجب شرعي في حق كل مسلم يجد في نفسه القدرة على مقاومتهم بكل الوسائل السلمية الحضارية لانهاء تسلطهم وجبروتهم واعادة الأمور الى سيرها الطبيعي في ظل تغييبهم عن المشهد السياسي والاقتصادي والقيمي المشوه عن ديننا الاسلامي الحنيف ومن ناحية أخرى نقرر استنادا الى ما سبق وأن فتاوى علمائهم الذين يأتمرون بأوامرهم باطلة شرعا ولا قيمة لها والله ولي التوفيق .
